BUNS Gourmet Natural Burgers


Chef Robert graduated with honors in 2006 from the Culinary Arts Program of the Edmonds Community College in Washington state.  He was a member of the American Pavilion culinary team which served in the Cannes International Film Festival in France.  He then spent the next six months traveling in France, learning and training with local French chefs.


Upon return, Chef Robert followed his passion in fine French cuisine and started Grapeseed Catering Company, serving food he likes while offering a fine dining experience to local businesses and communities.

In 2009, Chef Robert showcased his French cooking skills by serving crêpes at Crossroads and three other farmers markets on the eastside. One of his most loved crêpes is duck confit with plum sauce.

With Chef Robert’s strong background of culinary arts and customer service skills, he will continue the high standards of BUNS and bring BUNS to the next level.
